Field Coordinator - Regional Equipment Stores
Weston is seeking a Regional Equipment Warehouse (RES) Field Coordinator. This person is responsible for supplying fully functional field equipment, expendable materials and Health and Safety equipment to Weston project teams on a timely, cost-effective basis. This position oversees and ensures all equipment is field ready as well as performs equipment inspections and calibration as necessary. They coordinate written and verbal communications with Weston project personnel and all critical task functions for the RES warehouse staff in addition to supporting the warehouse business management activities. This position is an in-office, daily position.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and technical school with minimum 5 years related experience.
- Prior Training/Skills required - Electronic repair skills.
- Familiar with Health and Safety monitoring instruments.
- Mechanical ability with pumps, gages and small engines.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid computer skills including (Micro Soft Office, Data Entry, etc.)

Expected Outcomes:
- Coordinate daily activities of inventory and maintenance technician.
- Quality assurance of equipment sent to and from project locations.
- Support external project procurement needs
- Audits all calibration records for monitoring instruments.
- Document and report the decontamination of equipment.
- Manage the preparation of materials for shipping to include hazardous material labeling and declarations. Comply with all WESTON policies and procedures and DOT regarding shipping and transportation.
- Point of contact for assigned vehicles for project field use. Coordination of maintenance, mileage, and repairs on all RES vehicles.
- Assist field teams with equipment project needs and procurement of expendable supplies.
- Maximize utilization of RES assets and equipment including vehicles
- Interface with other Equipment Stores regarding requirements.
- Assist with maintaining internal systems regarding, inventory pricing, support and billing.
- Support the Equipment Manager as needed including but not limited to serving as backup when RES Mangers is on PTO.
